At Parallel Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect signature scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for all unopened or lightly tested bottles.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange, or contact our scent specialists via email.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original designer packaging and box it securely to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
